Was your drink too tart? Too sweet? Not your flavor?
We offer a one-time 30-day exchange policy, per customer. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, you can reach out to us and specify what about the product was not to your satisfaction and any details about what you would prefer instead. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
